Admissions

To enroll a student in our preschool program (K3-K5), please complete the following steps:

  1. Complete the school enrollment forms
  2. Pay the required enrollment fees (see the tuition and fees form below)

Please Note:

  • Acceptance into our preschool program is determined on a first-come, first-served basis until the classes have reached their enrollment limit.
  • Students entering K3 and K4 must be of age for their level by October 1 of the current school year.
  • Students entering K5 must be 5 years old by December 31 of the current school year.

 

To enroll a student in Grades 1-12 at Faith Academy, please complete the following steps:

  1. Complete the school enrollment forms
  2. Pay the required enrollment fees (see the tuition and fees- below)
  3. Pass the entrance exam.
  4. Schedule and complete the interview process (The Admissions director will contact you to set up a date and time.)

Please Note:

  • Students must have at least a “C” average (70 or above) in core classes from the previous school.
  • Students must have a legal transcript and a clean discipline record from the previous school.
  • Decisions for acceptance into Faith Academy will be based on the results of the entrance examination, personal interview, and other criteria listed above.
